Unfortunately, there is no straight forward answer here. You should start ‘marketing’ your game and increasing its traction on social media as early as possible, especially if you’re looking to build a community through channels like Discord, Reddit, and Twitter.

In regard to the lead up to your game’s launch, we recommend you get plans in place 4-6 months before the planned release date. Our launch campaign services are a 3-month contract that takes full control of the PR reigns, allowing you to focus on the development of the game.

WILL A LAUNCH CAMPAIGN SELL MORE COPIES OF MY GAME?

In short, yes.

Having a structured PR and outreach plan in place leading up to the launch of your title will help bring some attention to the game, which, in turn, will help increase potential sales.
